The majority of the central administration offices is to be found in the Hollar building, Smetanovo nábřeží 6, 110 01 Praha 1. The Project Support and Investment Office is located at Voršilská 1, 110 00 Praha 1.

Online courses from Heidelberg University
The 4EU+ Shared Courses offer of Heidelberg University for the upcoming summer semester 2025 is now available on the 4EU+ Student Portal. The registration deadline for all courses is 31 March 2025. -
Blended Intensive Programme (BIP)
Academics at Charles University now have the opportunity to apply for the coordination of the Blended Intensive Programme (BIP), which is one of the new Erasmus+ features introduced in 2021. The deadline for submitting proposals for the role of coordinator is May 15, 2025. Approved BIPs must be implemented and accounted by July 31, 2026. -
Apply for accommodation at Hlávka dormitory for AY 2025/26
In the next academic year 2025/2026, the Foundation "Endowment of Josef, Marie and Zdeňka Hlávka" will provide partial reimbursement of the dormitory fees at Hlávka Dormitory for students in a difficult financial situation who achieve excellent academic or scientific results. -

Results of student ombudspeople elections for 2025/2026
We know the results of the elections of student ombudspeople for the period 2025/2026. The elections took place at IMS FSV UK, where Adéla Smržová was elected ombudsperson. At the other institutes, only one candidate was registered, so the elections did not take place and the candidate was elected automatically.
