SUMMER SCHOOLS AT FSV UK
The Faculty of Social Sciences is also devoted to organization of the summer schools. These are organised either by the Faculty institutes or in cooperation with foreign partners. Among those with longstanding tradition is The TFAS Prague (former The American Institute for Economic and Political Systems) organised by the American foundation The Fund for American Studies (TFAS). In cooperation with Charles university this summer event has been held each year since 1993. Several dozens of international students participate the Prague program which is traditionally concluded with a remarkable ceremony in the university historical Carolinum hall with participation of a leading figure from politics or international relations.
