Find and download any form you need from the links below. The forms on this page are for BA and MA students. PhD students can find their forms here.
All the forms are in MS Word format. It is forbidden to make any changes to the content of the form!
The form will guide you in regards to which signatures you will need to obtain before the submission. Most forms have to be signed by the program supervisor, and sometimes the course teacher. After the form is signed by all personnel, please submit it to the International office.

Additional enrolment and deletion can be submitted for six weeks after the semester starts.
Transfer of credits, Recognition of studies

The deadline for transfer of credits is 6 years from obtaining the credits for Bachelor programs and 5 years for Master programs.
Transferred credits and study obligations are recognized on your transcript and count towards the mandatory credit minimum for graduation/study continuation. The grades and credits DO NOT count towards your GPA or merit scholarship.
