The majority of the central administration offices is to be found in the Hollar building, Smetanovo nábřeží 6, 110 01 Praha 1. The Project Support and Investment Office is located at Voršilská 1, 110 00 Praha 1.

Mental Health Day on 9 October 2025 in the Jinonice Campus
In the morning of 9 October 2025, you can once again meet therapy dogs and enjoy a tasty breakfast prepared by student clubs in the foyer of building C in the Jinonice Campus. You will have a unique opportunity to meet student ombudspeople. -
A call for Charles University Grant Agency proposals
The Charles University Grant Agency (GAUK) has announced a call for 2026. Projects for 1-3 years can be submitted by master's and doctoral students in the standard period of study. The 4EU+ Shared Courses offer at Heidelberg University for the upcoming winter semester 2025/26 is now available on the 4EU+ Student Portal. The registration deadline for all courses is 30 September 2025. -

Autumn round of Mobility Fund applications will be open from 15 September 2025
The International Office announces the autumn round of applications for a grant from the Charles University Mobility Fund. In the autumn round, you can apply for mobilities which should take place approximately from January to June. The application will be open from 15 September 2025 until 15 October 2025, noon.
