The recommended length of the teaching mobility is 5 working days. In justified cases, it is possible to carry out a shorter stay of at least 2 consecutive working days, excluding travel. The maximum length of stay is 2 months. However, it is necessary to teach at least 8 teaching hours (for 2 - 5 working days). The minimum number of teaching hours for mobilities exceeding 5 working days is calculated as follows: number of working days x 1.6

1. The Institute of the Faculty of Social Sciences of Charles University (FSV UK), in agreement with the Director of the Institute, shall issue a Letter of Invitation for the incoming academic.

The copy will be sent to the International Office (email: incoming@fsv.cuni.cz).

2. The incoming academic fills in the Mobillity Agreement - Staff Mobility for Teaching and ensures the signatures of all parties involved.

The host institution (FSV UK) is signed by the coordinator of the International Office (or an employee, academic or head of the department of the institute of FSV UK).

3. At the end of the mobility, the International Office coordinator (eventually an employee / academic of the institute or the head of the department) signs the Confirmation of Erasmus+ Teaching.

• Minimum length of staff training:  2 consecutive working days
• Maximum length of staff training: 2 months
• The program supports the professional development of employees in the form of a professional course, shadowing the employees at the relevant workplaces or listening to lectures at partner higher education institutions.
