GA CR will support four FSV UK projects starting next year

The Czech Science Foundation (GACR), as the most important provider of funding for basic research projects in the Czech Republic, will begin funding over 400 scientific projects from all areas of basic research starting next year. At FSV UK, four standard projects will be supported. Standard Projects form the basis of grant funding for basic research in the Czech Republic. 

Supported projects:

  • 26-22622S Across Autocracies. Mid-Level Elites from the Slovak State to Communist Czechoslovakia - principal investigator doc. Hana Kubátová, M.A., Ph.D.
  • 26-21742S Understanding and Experiencing Sexual Violence in the Late Habsburg Monarchy - principal investigator prof. PhDr. Ota Konrád, Ph.D.
  • 26-22089S Contested authority of the global climate regime: How distributional conflicts and collective effectiveness interact - principal investigator doc. PhDr. Jan Karlas, Ph.D., M.A.
  • 26-22327S Riders on the storm: Future imaginaries of populist leaders and their followers- principal investigator prof. PhDr. Ing. Ondřej Císař, Ph.D., co-investigator doc. Mgr. Michal Kolmaš, Ph.D. Metropolitní univerzita Praha, o.p.s.
