In the fourth edition of the call for 4EU+ mini-grants, the selected projects to recieve seed funding were announced. Four teams from the Faculty of Social Sciences succeeded. They will cooperate in the preparation of research and research-educational projects.

FSV UK has two newly accepted European projects. In the new program of the European Commission “Horizon Europe“, we have the Demo-Trans project represented by doc. Petr Janský from the Institute of Economic Studies and the AUTHLIB project represented by dr. Petry Guasti from the Institute of Political Science.

UNCE Peace Research Center Prague (PRCP) project issued the annual review for 2021. It contains information about all of its recent achievements and activities as well as the plans for the upcoming year.

FSV UK organizes Days of Young Science 2022. The lectures are aimed at doctoral students, the event will also include Open Doors for FSV UK Master Students for those who are interested in a PhD. studies. The event will take place online between February 7 and 9, 2022.

Charles University announced the fourth mini-grants call for applications to support cooperation within the 4EU + alliance. The deadline for submitting online applications is 27 February 2022.

Project Infomore.cz succeeded in the worldwide competition of media analysts AMEC Awards. It won in the category effective planning, research and evaluation of communication. Infomore.cz is a joint project of the Faculty of Social Sciences, Charles University, the Faculty of Medicine, Masaryk University in Brno and NEWTON Media. It has been monitoring the media coverage of the covid-19 pandemic for almost a year.
