Works at the Institute of Economic Studies, where she focuses on applied econometric analysis, primarily in the areas of labor economics, economics of education, and economics of the household. She has rich experience in applying microeconometric methods for policy analysis as well as in organizing and evaluating controlled experiments. Regarding project involvement, she has been/is a team member or principal investigator in projects supported by the university (UNCE, GA UK) as well as in projects funded by the Czech Science Foundation (GA ČR) or the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports (MŠMT)
