  • New system for booking consultations and office hours

    On 16 February 2026, the previous applications for booking consultations and office hours at FSV UK were discontinued. The websites konzultace.fsv.cuni.cz and consultations.fsv.cuni.cz now combine an overview of consultations and office hours of individual employees in the Google calendar system. Consultations and office hours can be booked via the websites listed above, or via the link in the profile cards of individual employees.
  • Open Doors Days 2026 for PhD studies

    Are you considering applying to our PhD study programmes? We invite you to Open Doors Days, which will take place at our faculty's institutes or online. You can connect with the Institute of Communication Studies and Journalism on 18 February from 12:30 pm online. Visit the Institute of Sociological Studies on 4 March from 2:00 pm and the Institute of Political Studies on 17 March from 2:00 pm.
  • Online courses offer by the 4EU+ alliance

    Do you want to broaden your horizons and try studying at a foreign university during the summer semester - without having to travel? Take advantage of the offer of online courses from partner universities of the 4EU+ alliance and join the 4EU+ virtual mobility. The offer includes a wide range of subjects taught in English.
  • Change of opening hours of the Cash Office on 2 February

    On Monday, 2 February 2026, the Cash Office will only be open in the afternoon from 2:30 PM to 3:30 PM due to training. Thank you for your understanding.
  • FSV UK Career Day for International Students and Alumni

    Are you our international student or recent graduate? Join us for FSV UK Career Day on 8 April 2026 from 12:30 - 4:00 pm in the Jinonice Campus! You can look forward to a CV workshop, a Czech labour law lecture, companies recruiting, career counseling or a photographer who can take a professional photo for your CV. More information coming soon!
  • Applications are open for Geopolitical Summer School

    Applications are open for Geopolitical Summer School “Europe in Troubled Times”. The summer school takes place on 22 – 26 June 2026 in the Jinonice Campus and is aimed at a diverse international audience, including students from Bachelor’s, Master’s, and PhD programs. Participants earn 4 ECTS credits upon completing the program.
