Erasmus+ Incoming Staff Mobility For Training

ERASMUS + is an EU exchange programme which has been running since the mid-1980s. The Czech Republic has been participating since 1997. The mobilities are performed on the basis of bilateral agreements signed with partner universities.

Erasmus+ Incoming Staff Mobility For Training supports the professional development of employees in the form of a professional course, shadowing the employees at the relevant workplaces or listening to lectures at partner higher education institutions or in other relevant organizations abroad.

The minimum length of staff training is 2 consecutive working days. The total duration of the training cannot exceed 2 months.

The CU Faculty of Social Sciences also organises international staff weeks:

INCOMING INSTRUCTIONS for staff mobility (STT)

  1. The incoming staff member (academic or administrative) shall get in touch with the academic coordinator of the respective institute (contacts below) to arrange the mobility details (contents and dates of the mobility)
     
  2. Once these details have been agreed on, the respective institute of the CU Faculty of Social Sciences (FSV UK), in agreement with the Director of the Institute, shall issue an Invitation Letter for the applicant. The copy will be sent to the Erasmus+ coordinator: incoming@fsv.cuni.cz.
     
  3. The applicant fills in the Mobility Agreement - Staff Mobility for Training and ensures the signatures of all parties involved - the MA must first be signed by the incoming staff member and the sending institution before it can be sent to the Erasmus+ coordinator at FSV UK to acquire the final signature.

    The host/receiving institution (FSV UK) is signed by the Erasmus+ coordinator (or an employee, i.e., academic or head of the department of the FSV UK institute). The Erasmus+ coordinator shall be cc'ed on all emails to be aware of the progress. 
     
  4. At the end of the mobility, the Erasmus+ coordinator, or eventually an employee/academic of the Institute or the Head of the Department) signs the Confirmation of Erasmus+ Training/Mobility Certificate. A copy shall be sent to the International Office.
